Negotiating with employers or other solicitors to obtain the best exit package for you
In situations where employers became aware that an employee may intend to pursue a claim against them at an Employment Tribunal, or alternatively has grounds to pursue a claim against an employer, the employee may be offered an exit package to leave the organisation. This is known as a Compromise Agreement.
If the employee accepts the package, they will be offered a sum of money in consideration of their agreement not to pursue a claim against the employer. Compromise Agreements are not legally binding unless the employee in question receives independent legal advice on the terms of the proposed Compromise Agreement.
We can help by negotiating the most favourable terms available to you.
