Cecilia studied a double degree at the University of Adelaide in Australia and was awarded of Bachelor of Arts in 1997 and Bachelor of Laws in 1999 before receiving a certificate of Australian Immigration Law & Practice at the University of New South Wales in 2002. Cecilia has been admitted as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of South Australia, New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and in 2002 she registered as a migration agent in Australia. She has worked as a Senior Visa Assessor in the Business Skills Department at the Australian Consulate General in Hong Kong and throughout her career she has engaged all individuals, businesses and education providers.
Cecilia has since returned to Hong Kong where she was practicing for the Legal Services Department at a well-known worldwide investment management organisation before joining Lester Dominic Solicitors as a consultant in January 2014. Throughout her career she has practiced in a wide range of areas including immigration, family and both residential and commercial property. She is currently based in Hong Kong offering specialist legal advice and liaising with the firm’s international clients in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
