On 12 July 2025, the firm gathered for its Annual Summit at the prestigious Luton Hoo Hotel, a fitting venue for a day dedicated to reflection, collaboration, and forward planning.
The summit provided an invaluable opportunity to review the firm’s progress over the past year, with each department sharing insights into its achievements and challenges and future targets. Most importantly, the discussions circled back to how we can continue to enhance the way we support and serve our clients and ensuring that their needs remain at the centre of everything we do. By sharing experiences and best practices, we explored new ways to strengthen client relationships and deliver even greater value!
What made the day particularly special was the inclusive and collaborative spirit! Everyone from partners to support staff was encouraged to contribute ideas and perspectives. The open discussions highlighted the collective strength and commitment that has underpinned our success as a firm.
Following a productive morning of discussions, we enjoyed a lovely lunch and continued to build connections across teams. As always, the day concluded with our infamous annual group photo, proudly taken in front of the Luton Hoo landscape; a cherished tradition that captures our unity and shared purpose.
The 2025 Summit was not only a moment to celebrate the firm’s achievements but also to look ahead with renewed motivation and shared ambition for the year to come.
