Practice Areas
In today’s world, where all parts of life can cross from one country or jurisdiction to another, there is an increasing need for the service of a notary who is legally qualified to authenticate documents and transactions so that they can be effective for use aboard.
What We Do
Our notaries can help you to:
- Prepare and authenticate Powers of Attorney
- Deal with transactions of sale and purchase of land and property
- Authenticate wills and documentations for the administration of estate
- Certify personal documents for immigration, work or marriage
- Authenticate company and business documents
How We Can Help
There are over 125 countries and territories that are participants of the Hague Apostille Convention and with the United Kingdom being one of them, it is likely that the recipient jurisdiction would expect a document, once notarised, would need to be apostilled by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
If the recipient jurisdiction is not a participant of the Hague Apostille Convention, it is likely that they would require legalisation by their respective Consular.
In addition to our notarial services, we can also help you with the Apostille and Legalisation process and even arrange courier for your documents to be sent to the recipient country overseas.
We work closely with authorised agents who could provide next working day service by presenting notarised documents in person to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office or Consular on your behalf.
