Together, let’s become better
A sunny Saturday, 11th July 2026, saw the Lester Dominic team once again gather for our Annual Summit, this time at the beautiful De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor.
The summit provided us all with an opportunity to learn about the firm’s progress over the past twelve months, featuring presentations from each department outlining achievements and future plans for the year ahead and beyond. We gained further insight into AI, whether there is a place for it within the firm, and the “dangers” of relying on AI for everything (or anything). The advantages and disadvantages of using AI strengthen the rationale behind our “No AI Policy”.
All staff members were included, including partners, solicitors, trainees, and support staff; everyone’s views were listened to and valued.
The theme for this year’s summit is “Together, let’s become better…”.
Lester urged everyone to seek answers to the two essential questions, which must go together: 1. “Do I want to improve?” and 2. “Am I willing to serve?”
Asim outlined a career pathway for everyone, highlighting the core skills and attributes necessary for those who wish to advance in their legal careers.
The day concluded with Clive sharing his insights and amusing stories from his distinguished career as a solicitor spanning nearly fifty years.
Once again, this day provided us with an opportunity to unite, strengthen team bonds, and inspire us for the year ahead.
