Head of Conveyancing
Masood is the Head of the Conveyancing Department, specializing in residential and commercial real estate including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, re-mortgages, lease drafting and negotiations, assignments, and underleases. He complements his property expertise with valuable prior experience managing immigration matters, where he frequently represents his clients and advises on sponsor licenses, business visas, skilled worker visas, family visas, settlements, nationality law and other associated immigration matters.
Masood holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London before reading Law at the University of Law (London) and completing LPC from BPP University (London) in 2021.
Masood joined Lester Dominic Solicitors in 2020 and having trained at the firm, he qualified as a Solicitor in May 2023.
Masood is an enthusiastic cricket player who currently plays in the South East Shires Cricket League. He is a top-order batsman and an agile fielder.
